How we got here
From the back of the lot to four hundred guests.
Gametime wasn’t built in a boardroom. It was built one Sunday at a time — grills, friends, and a reputation for feeding a crowd better than anybody else in the parking lot.
- Early 2000s
A Giants fan in the lot
Dan Marney — Brooklyn-born, Jersey-raised — was always in the Giants Stadium parking lot before games, grilling, mixing, and roasting for a crew of friends.
- The party grows
Gametime Catering is born
The tailgates kept getting bigger until they’d absorbed the ones around them. Enough people raved about the food and the experience that Dan realized he had something worth building.
- The MetLife era
From the lot to the operation
A new stadium brought new energy. Gametime grew into a full event-catering operation — gourmet food, full setups, entertainment, the works.
- Today
Corporate & group gamedays
Now Gametime primarily hosts corporate and large-group game-day parties across New Jersey — while still throwing the best private tailgate in the lot.
