How a Gametime BBQ works
It’s the Gametime tailgate, brought home. We handle the cooking, the setup, and the cleanup so you can actually enjoy your own party.
Nothing trucked in cold. Our crew sets up a tented cooking area at your event and grills everything fresh while your guests watch.
A covered buffet line with all the plates, disposables, and condiments, set up and served and styled for your crowd.
Our team runs the buffet and breaks the whole thing down. You host the party; we handle every bit of the work.
We come to you, anywhere in New Jersey, working out of Long Valley. Travel is billed on top of the per-head price, so send the address along with the headcount and it goes straight into the quote.
It is two setups, not one. The crew grills under a cooking tent and serves off a separate covered buffet line, with the plates, disposables and condiments included. Backyard parties and company cookouts run the same way.
The menu moves with the calendar as well. Sliced watermelon and corn on the cob are both seasonal, so those two depend on the time of year you book.

Good to know
Field Goal is $23 a head for 50 to 99 guests, $21.50 from 100, and $20 from 200. Touchdown is $27, $25.50 and $24 across the same tiers. Both are food only: staffing, travel and 6.625% NJ sales tax are additional.
Fifty guests for full service. Under that we send à la carte instead: the food dropped off hot and ready to serve, with no minimum and no crew on site.
Everything is cooked live on site, never trucked in cold, and served off a tented buffet with the plates, disposables and condiments. Our crew runs it from setup through breakdown.

Field Goal takes BBQ chicken or pulled pork at $2.50 a head, and sausage and peppers at $3. Touchdown already includes the chicken and the pork, so sausage and peppers is the add there. Kids under 11 are half price and under 4 eat free.
