The Gametime Tailgate
From $3,500.
The base package covers up to 40 guests for a three-hour party at MetLife. Staff, setup, games, and the food, all in. Bringing a bigger crew? It scales by the head:
- Up to 40 guests $3,500 package minimum · 3 hours
- 40–50 guests +$80 per guest over the minimum
- 50–100 guests $75 per guest
- 100+ guests $70 per guest
- 200+ guests $65 per guest
Kids 15 & under $20 once the minimum's met. A 30% deposit locks your date (we book first-come). NJ sales tax, travel, and gratuity additional. Always BYOB.

What does tailgate catering cost?
$3,500 covers up to 40 guests for three hours. Past 40 it scales per head: +$80 a guest to 50, then $75, $70, and $65 at 50, 100, and 200 plus. Shrimp and sliced top-round steak stack on top at $7.50 a head each. NJ sales tax, travel, and gratuity are additional.
What's included?
A tent-covered spot with high-top tables, chairs, and the games set up. Live-fire cooking on site through the whole three hours. Soda, water, and coolers for your BYOB. Staff who run the day and break the whole thing down.
Do you cater Giants and Jets tailgates?
Yes. Both teams' home games, plus concert nights, out in the MetLife Stadium lots. It runs as your group's own private tailgate, same package and same crew as any other lot we work.
Is it BYOB?
Always. You bring the alcohol; we bring the coolers. Ice for it is available.
How far ahead do we book?
Two weeks is the minimum. A 30% deposit locks the date, and Dan books first-come, so NFL Sundays fill fast.
