Built for the people who book the event
Your reputation is on the line. So is ours.
A corporate event has no second chance. The date is the date and the headcount is the headcount. Here’s why planners hand us the ones that have to go right.
-
One point of contact
You deal directly with Dan, the owner. He quotes the job, he plans it, and he is there on the day running it. No call center, no rotating account reps, nobody to pass the buck.
-
Built for scale
Office outings, employee-appreciation days, and group game days, anywhere from 50 to 400 guests. The setup does not change with the headcount: buffet lines with linens and chafing dishes, the grills running through the event, and staff working to your schedule rather than ours.
-
A track record since 2007
350+ events behind us. Rain or shine, the event happens: we bring the tents and the grills run either way.
-
The whole operation, handled
Tents, tables, power, staff, setup and breakdown, all of it on one crew and one invoice. Your team approves the plan and shows up. We run everything else.
The proof that matters
The same client, fifteen seasons running.
Mike R. has trusted Gametime with his annual tailgate season after season. Same crowd, same standard, every single year. In a business where you’re only as good as your last event, that’s the number we’re proudest of.
The person who answered his first email is still the one running the grill.
We have been using Gametime Catering for our annual tailgate for 15 years and it seems to get better every year.
Gametime Catering takes care of every detail and provides an amazing first-class tailgate party. Dan and the team are the very best at this. The food is excellent and the service from Michelle and the rest of the team is fantastic.
In the beginning our tailgate was a small group. Everyone raved about our party and over the years it has grown considerably as the word spread. No party is too big, we’ve had almost 400 people attend and the quality has been consistently great.
The pass around hors d’oeuvres are great starting points, especially the candied kielbasa. We then have steak, shrimp, whole pigs and more.
It’s worth noting again, that nobody is better at tailgating parties than Gametime catering. Thanks Dan and the team for a memorable event every year!

Corporate event catering, answered.
What does corporate catering cost?
Every corporate event is quoted on its own. Dan prices it against your headcount and the menu you choose, with the site itself factored in, which is why there is no fixed number on this page. Send the date and a guest count and a proposal comes back.
What group sizes do you handle?
50 to 400 guests for a full-service event. Smaller groups go à la carte instead, which is the food delivered without the staff or the on-site setup.
Who runs the event?
Dan Marney, the owner. He is the one who quotes it and the one on site running it. In his own words: “You will deal directly with me, from the original email or call until the event is complete.”
Can you cook on site at our office or venue?
Yes. The grills and flat-top griddles come to you and the cooking happens while your guests are there, not hours earlier somewhere else. Tents, tables, service staff, and the full breakdown come with it.
How far ahead should we book?
Two weeks is the minimum, and earlier is better. A deposit holds the date and deposits are non-refundable. Corporate dates and the NFL season both fill fast.
