Built for the people who book the event
Your reputation is on the line. So is ours.
A corporate event has no second chance — the date is the date, the headcount is the headcount. Here’s why planners hand us the ones that have to go right.
-
One point of contact
You deal directly with Dan, the owner — the same person who quotes it, plans it, and runs it. No call center, no rotating account reps, no one passing the buck on event day.
-
Built for scale
Office outings, customer-appreciation days, and group game days from 50 to 400 guests — buffet lines with linens and chafing dishes, multiple live-fire stations, staffed and timed to your schedule.
-
A nineteen-year track record
Hundreds of events behind us, run in every condition the calendar throws at us — August heat, a December kickoff, rain, wind, or a lot that floods. We plan for the day you’ll actually get.
-
The whole operation, handled
Tents, tables, power, staff, setup and breakdown — one crew, one invoice. Your team approves the plan and shows up; we run everything else.
The proof that matters
The same client, fifteen seasons running.
One major company has trusted Gametime with their annual customer-appreciation tailgate for fifteen years straight — the same crowd, the same standard, every single season. In a business where you’re only as good as your last event, that’s the number we’re proudest of.
Up to 400 of their guests hosted year after year — because the person who answered their first email is the same person running the grill.
On the ground
What corporate-grade looks like.

The game plan
