- Tented and set by the time you roll up, with high-top tables and chairs.
- The fire
- Grills lit on site. Three hours of food coming off the line hot, never trucked in cold.
- The staff
- Our crew serves the whole window and breaks the entire setup down. You never touch a tray.
- The BYOB
- You bring the alcohol. We bring the coolers, and ice for it is available.
- The sound
- A Bluetooth loudspeaker goes up with the tent. You bring the playlist.
- The games
- Toss and beer pong, out and ready. Soda and water are in the package too.
Stadium days run on the NFL home calendar, September into early January, Giants and Jets both. The rest of the year the lots fill for concert nights and big group days. The package does not change with the occasion: same three hours, same crew, same grills lit on site, whether it is a one o’clock Sunday in September or a night game in December. Stadium work runs on the tailgate package only.
What it runs
From $3,500 in the lot.
Three hours, up to 40 guests, with the setup, the staff, the games, and the food all in. Past 40 it scales by the head, up to 400. Stadium days run on the tailgate package only.

- Lead time
- Two weeks is the minimum. Dan books first-come and NFL Sundays go early, so a date you actually want is worth locking well before that.
- Deposit
- A 30% deposit locks the date, and it is non-refundable.
- Dietary
- Tell us at booking and we build the spread around it. Special requests can move the per-head cost.
- On top of the quote
- NJ sales tax at 6.625%, travel, and gratuity. Kids 15 and under are $20 once the 40-guest minimum is met.
Alcohol is always yours. We bring the coolers, and ice for it is available.
Know before you go
The stadium’s rules, plainly.
- Tailgating is permitted in the MetLife Sports Complex parking lots.
- Grills are not allowed in the parking decks.
- One car, one space. Your setup stays in your lined space and the area right in front of it or behind it.
- Tents over an 8' x 8' footprint are not permitted in a lined parking space.

Can you tailgate at MetLife Stadium?
Yes. The stadium permits tailgating in its parking lots. What we cater there is your own private party at your own spot, run inside the venue's rules.
Do you sell tailgate tickets or spots?
No, and we never have. We are not a public party you buy into. You hire us for your own group's tailgate, at your own spot, and it stays private from setup to breakdown.
Do you cater Giants and Jets home games?
Both teams, every home game. Concert nights too. We set your group up in the lots and run your own private tailgate, inside the stadium rules above.
Do you cater concert tailgates too?
Yes. Concert nights and big group days, not only football. Same package, same three hours.
Do you cater inside the stadium?
No. The lots are where we work. Anything catered inside the building is booked through the stadium itself, and we have no hand in that side of it.
Can you bring food into MetLife Stadium?
What gets through the gates is the stadium's call, not ours, and their policy is the place to check it. Ours all happens outside: we cook and serve in the lot, and you walk in fed.
What does it cost?
$3,500 covers up to 40 guests for three hours. Above 40 it scales by the head, up to 400 guests. The full tier table is on the tailgates page.
What's on the menu?
You build it. Four appetizers off a list of six, four mains off eight, and a pasta, with the Famous Candied Kielbasa on every spread. Shrimp and sliced top-round steak stack on at $7.50 a head each. The full picker lives on the tailgates page.
